Shipping Information- Domestic

Most products listed on our website are in stock. Most orders received by 2:00 pm Eastern time are shipped the same day.

Orders are shipped from various warehouses depending on the type of product. Please allow 7-10 days for Ground delivery as your package may need to travel the whole way across the country. If you need your order in less than a week, please choose Air shipping.

Shipping cost is determined by the value of your order. The following shipping charges will be automatically applied at checkout, provided your delivery address is within the continental USA:

  • Ground Service regular ground delivery. Choose this if you're in no rush to receive your order. The fee for this service is $9.95 regardless of the size of your order.  (Hazardous and bulky items excluded.)
  • Two-Day Service 2-3 day delivery. Choose this if you must have your order in less than a week. The fee for this service is $30 + 10% of the size of your order.
  • Next-Day Service 1 day delivery. Choose this if you absolutely need your products as soon as possible! The fee for this service is $45 + 15% of the size of your order. 

For delivery charges to Hawaii and Alaska, please use Canada rates below. For APO/FPO use the above rates; however, your order will be shipped U.S. Mail instead of UPS/FEDEX.

If your package is damaged, please notify us by email immediately, and call UPS/FEDEX to let them know you want to initiate a claim. Do not throw away the shipping carton or the packing materials until UPS has returned to inspect them.

Shipping Information Export

We will ship orders anywhere in the world. We use the U.S. Post Office and Fedex for delivery. 

Shipping cost is determined by the value of your order and will automatically be applied at checkout.

For delivery addresses in Canada, Hawaii, and Alaska:

  • Economy Service First Class Mail, available for small parcels only. The fee for this service is $30 + 12% of the size of your order. Please note that package tracking is not available with this delivery method.
  • Priority Service Global Priority Mail, usually delivered in 7-10 days. The fee for this service is $40 + 15% of the size of your order. Package tracking is included with this delivery method.
  • Express Service Federal Express (Fedex) delivery, usually in 1-3 days. Choose this if you absolutely need your products as soon as possible. The fee for this service is $50 + 20% of the size of your order. Includes package tracking and expedited customs service.

For ALL other countries (all delivery addresses except for U.S.A. and Canada):

  • Economy Service First Class Mail, available for small parcels only. The fee for this service is $40 + 15% of the size of your order. Please note that package tracking is not available with this delivery method.
  • Priority Service Global Priority Mail, usually delivered in 7-10 days. The fee for this service is $45 + 20% of the size of your order. Package tracking is included with this delivery method.
  • Express Service Federal Express (Fedex) delivery, usually in 1-3 days. Choose this if you absolutely need your products as soon as possible. The fee for this service is $60 + 25% of the size of your order. Includes package tracking and expedited customs service.

Please note that local taxes may be charged upon delivery by your country's Customs Service. Customs taxes are not included in the above prices you must pay this at delivery if your country requires it.

Occasionally we are not allowed to mail an item to your country, or your desired delivery method is not available for your country. When this is the case, we will let you know by email after you place your order, and you may either cancel your order for a full refund or choose a different delivery method.

Sales Tax

PA Sales Tax (6%) is charged on all orders shipped to addresses in Pennsylvania. No tax is charged for orders shipped to any other address.

Return Policy

Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If merchandise is defective or damaged upon receipt, please notify us by email immediately, and call UPS to let them know you want to initiate a claim. Do not throw away the shipping carton or the packing materials until UPS has returned to inspect them. All claims for damages MUST be made within 48 hours of receipt of order.

Other Returns:

  • Makeup - Makeup products may not be returned for hygienic reasons. In this day and age, nobody wants to buy makeup that somebody else has previously purchased. Please choose carefully when ordering from the Ben Nye Makeup, Mehron Makeup, and Proface Makeup categories, and these products are non-returnable.
  • All other products - All products except those listed above may be returned for credit. You will be refunded your original purchase amount, less shipping charges and a 20% restocking charge. Returned products must be in brand new condition. For return instructions, please contact us

Payment Methods

You may choose any of these methods during the checkout process:

  • Credit Cards Mastercard, Visa, Discover, or American Express
  • Paypal
  • Check or Money Order this can be mailed to us
  • Telephone you can call us with your credit card information

Sorry, we do not accept Purchase Orders. All orders must be paid for at the time they are placed. We do not ship C.O.D.

Order Tracking

To find out if an order has been shipped, or to trace/track a parcel, click on order tracking. Order tracking is not available with some shipping options (see above).

Online Security

Ordering online with us is safe and secure. We do not have access to your credit card information; we only provide a means for it to be transmitted securely to Authorize.net our payment processor used by over 230,000 merchants worldwide. 

Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank limits your total loss and cannot hold you liable for more than fifty dollars of reported fraudulent charges. (In the event your card is used in a fraudulent manner, you must notify your bank or card issuer immediately and in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.)

We encourage you to feel comfortable using your credit card to place orders on our website; however, you may instead send us a Money Order or a personal check. (Personal checks will delay your order as we must wait for your funds to clear before we ship any merchandise.)
