These beautiful and colorful pressed powders can be applied wet or dry. Apply dry like an eye shadow for a soft shimmer. Apply wet with water for opaque, paint-like colors. Use LiquiSet as the mixing agent for a waterproof finish (but do not use LiquiSet if blending on the skin is required). 20-100 applications per 0.09 oz. container.
